For DC-powered electronic products or circuits,polarity reversal of power supply may cause serious consequences such as parts damage.For the battery charging system,the battery reverse connection may damage the charging circuit and battery,and even cause battery explosion,so anti-backfilling protection should be designed.Therefore,the advantages and disadvantages of common anti-backconnection protection circuits are analyzed,the special problems of MOS transistor anti-backconnection circuit in battery charging system are expounded,and an improved anti-backconnection and anti-backfilling protection circuit is proposed.The circuit has the advantages of simple,reliable and low cost,and can be used in various charger products.
