For DC-powered electronic products or circuits,polarity reversal of power supply may cause serious consequences such as parts the battery charging system,the battery reverse connection may damage the charging circuit and battery,and even cause battery explosion,so anti-backfilling protection should be refore,the advantages and disadvantages of common anti-backconnection protection circuits are analyzed,the special problems of MOS transistor anti-backconnection circuit in battery charging system are expounded,and an improved anti-backconnection and anti-backfilling protection circuit is circuit has the advantages of simple,reliable and low cost,and can be used in various charger products.
