提出了一种高效的自供电串联同步开关电感(ESPS-SSHI)电路,ESPS-SSHI电路通过简化无源的正/负峰值检测电路来检测压电元件开路电压的正、负极值,不但降低了电路的能耗,而且减少了压电元件达到峰值时与开关动作时刻的相位差,从而提高了能量提取的效率。LTspice仿真和实验验证表明:设计的电路最大输出功率可提高至标准能量俘获(SEH)电路的4.5倍。

An efficient self-powered series synchronized switch harvesting on inductor ( ESPS-SSHI) circuit ispresented. The proposed ESPS-SSHI circuit detects the positive and negative peaks of the open-circuit voltage ofthe piezoelectric element through a simplified passive peak detector. It not only reduces the energy consumption ofthe circuit,but also reduces the phase difference between the peak time of the open circuit voltage of thepiezoelectric element and the switching action moment,which improves the efficiency of energy harvesting. Theeffectiveness of the designed circuit is verified by LTspice simulation and experiment,the maximum output powercan be increased to 4. 5 times that of the standard energy harvesting (SEH) circuit.
