常规本安电路采用限流电阻或截流限流本安保护电源,发热严重,效率低。文中采用了霍尔电流传感器和闸流保护技术设计本安电源电路,利用单稳延时设置过流保护后的自动恢复时间。根据负载的差异,该本安电源电路可设置闸流阈,对设计电路进行了计算和分析,测试结果表明达到了本安标准要求,并具有内阻小、保护快和效率高的特点。
