信号集中监测系统中轨道电路报警的优化及运用
资料介绍
针对目前轨道电路标调不规范,人为随意调整电气特性报警值,导致设备隐患长期存在的问题,提出将轨道电路基础数据纳入信号集中监测系统,通过技术手段健全安全风险管控机制,从而降低因轨道电路调整不当和电气特性不达标带来的安全风险。
Due to less standard calibration of track circuit currently,random setting of electrical characteristic alarm values may result in hidden dangers.It is proposed to include the basic data of track circuit into the centralized signaling monitoring system.Thus,by strengthening the mechanism of risk control,it is helpful to reduce such safety risks caused by improper adjustment of track circuit and setting of below-standard electrical characteristics.
