Piezoelectric vibration energy harvesting technology is a type of technology which converts environmental vibration energy into electric energy then supplies power to the microelectronic s paper introduced the research status of piezoelectric vibration energy harvesting interface working principle of Standard Energy Harvesting,Synchronous Electric Charge Extraction,Synchronized Switch Harvesting Inductor and Inductor-less interface circuit were improvement of these interface circuits proposed by domestic and foreign researchers was investigated in detail,such as the characteristics,advantages,efficiency power consumption and practicability of these improvement interface circuits were development trend of piezoelectric vibration energy harvesting interface circuit towards broadband and integration is further analyzed.
