船舶发电机电路故障分类和诊断

发电机是船舶的动力设备之一,而电路是船舶发电机的核心部件,当前船舶发电机电路故障诊断方法的误诊率相当高,为此本文设计了一种基于模式识别的船舶发电机电路故障分类和诊断方法。首先提取船舶发电机电路故障特征,并进行归一化作为输入向量,然后通过模式识别技术建立船舶发电机电路故障的分类器,从而建立船舶发电机电路故障的诊断模型,最后在相同环境下与其他船舶发电机电路故障诊断模型进行仿真实验。实验结果表明,本文模型的船舶发电机电路故障诊断成功率大幅度提升,船舶发电机电路故障的误诊率和漏诊率急剧下降,同时船舶发电机电路故障诊断效率也要优于对比模型,具有更高的实际应用价值。

Generator is one of the marine power equipment, and the circuit is the core component of the marine generator. At present, the misdiagnosis rate of the fault diagnosis method of the marine generator circuit is quite high. Therefore, this paper designs a fault classification and diagnosis of the marine generator circuit based on pattern recognition. Firstly, the fault characteristics of marine generator circuit are extracted and normalized as input vectors. Then, the fault classifier of marine generator circuit is established by pattern recognition technology, and the fault diagnosis model of marine generator circuit is established. Finally, simulation experiments with other fault diagnosis models of marine generator circuit under the same environment are carried out. The experimental results show that the model in this paper is effective. The success rate of fault diagnosis of marine generator circuit has been greatly improved, the misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of marine generator circuit faults have declined sharply. At the same time, the fault diagnosis efficiency of marine generator circuit is also better than the comparative model, which has higher practical application value.
