设计了一种用于脉冲激光雷达接收机的模拟前端电路,主要由跨阻放大器单元和高速采样保持单元组成。通过电容阵列型高速采样保持电路实现了激光雷达前端电路内部高速采样的功能,降低了对外部模数转化器(ADC)的性能要求。经仿真和测试得出,电路中跨阻放大器带宽为130 MHz,增益为83 dB,采样电路等效采样率达到3 GHz。此电路使用3.3 V,0.18μm CMOS工艺设计并制造,总面积约为1.89×0.95 mm~2,包括核心电路,带隙基准和IO端口。

This paper presents an analog front-end(AFE)circuits for pulsed LiDAR receiver,which mainly consists of a transimpedance amplifier(TIA)and a high-speed sampling(HSS)unit.The high-speed sampling of LiDAR receiver is realized by the capacitor array type high-speed S/H circuit,which decreases the requirements of external analog-to-digital converter(ADC).After simulation and testing,the bandwidth of TIA in this circuit is 130 MHz,and the gain is 83 dB.In addition,the equivalent sampling frequency of HSS achieves 3 GHz.Circuits in this paper are designed with 3.3 V devices and fabricated in a 0.18μm standard CMOS process.The total area of AFE,which includes the circuit core,bandgap and bias circuits,and I/O PAD,is approximately equal to 1.89×0.95 mm~2.
