机器人示教器电路结构故障深析及改造

通过分析机器人控制系统结构和示教器系统运行图,结合报警类型,确定故障范围,再详细分析微处理单元电路和按键面板电路之间各自实现的功能及相互之间的联系,寻找测试方法,经过反复模拟测试,最后确定故障点在按键面板中的开关和线路。进一步分析按键面板的柔性电路板的使用现状,决定改成刚性电路板,使故障得到彻底的解决,提高工厂的效益。
According to analyzing the robot control system and the pendent run diagram,combining the alarm type,can confirm the malfunction range;then analyze microcontroller unit circuit and key panel circuit,seek a test way,after doing many simulated tests,find the fault point in the key panel,further analyze the service of condition for flexible printed circuit board,then retrofit into printed circuit board,solve this problem completely,it improve efficiency of the factory.
