资料介绍

在现代工业、军事等领域,动态测试中冲击的精确测量起到重要的作用。在研究压电加速度传感器的基础上,设计了针对微弱冲击电荷信号的放大及调理电路,并对前级电荷放大电路、后级高通滤波、低通滤波以及放大调理电路进行了逐级分析计算,对压电冲击传感器及电荷放大调理电路进行了整体扫频等测试。经过试验测试,电路在通频带内具有良好的平坦度,在截止频率外,信号急剧衰减,在2倍通频带处衰减可达-60dB。在高温60℃、低温-40℃环境下,输出振幅偏差小于3%,已成功应用于工程实践中。

An accurate measurement of shocked signal in dynamic test played an import role in modern industry area and military s paper showed a design of weak charge signal conditioning circuit based on researching the piezoelectricity type acceleration front-stage charge amplification circuit,back-stage high-pass filter,low-pass filter and amplification conditioning circuit were analyzed and calculated step by piezoelectric impact sensor and the charge amplification and conditioning circuit were test results show that the circuit has a good flatness in the pass-band,and the signal attenuates sharply outside the cut-off frequency,and the attenuation can reach -60 db at the double the high temperature 60 ℃ and -40 ℃ low temperature environment,the output amplitude deviation is less than 3%,has been successfully applied in engineering practic.
