The design of ROIC for LWIR hyperspectral detector is introduced in this circuit design is based on SMIC 0.35um 5.0V circuit modules,it′s optimized structure and the circuit simulation are described in injection efficiency is analyzed and calculated through circuit test shows that all functions of the ROIC are normal,the performance is excellent,the dynamic range is>71 dB,the max frame frequency is>250 Hz.
