The crystal oscillator circuit is used to provide an accurate time and frequency reference for the microcontroller unit(MCU),and it is great significance to reasonably match the load parameters of the crystal oscillator circuit.Firstly the basic principles of the Pierce crystal oscillator circuit was explained.Then the theoretical calculation method and the test matching method of the crystal oscillator circuit key load parameters,such as load capacitance,negative impedance,current limiting resistor and crystal drive power were introduced by combining with a crystal oscillator circuit used in the micro-controller unit on the electric power steering(EPS).
