纳米级集成电路以摩尔定律为基础发展,目前对于集成电路发展造成制约的主要是超高功耗问题,是限制微电子技术进步的时代性问题.基于此,本文主要分析超低功耗集成电路的重要性,探究其概念,在此基础上分析超低功耗集成电路技术中材料、技术、器件等应用,旨在达到预期效果,促进微电子领域的进一步发展.

Nano-scale integrated circuits are based on Moore's law. At present, the problem of ultra-high power consumption is the main obstacle to the development of integrated circuits, and it is also an epochal problem that restricts the progress of microelectronics technology. Based on this, this paper mainly analyses the importance of Ultra-Low Power Integrated Circuit (Ultra-Low Power Integrated Circuit) and explores its concept. On this basis, it analyses the application of materials, technology and devices in Ultra-Low Power Integrated Circuit (Ultra-Low Power Integrated Circuit) technology, aiming at achieving the desired results and promoting the further development of microelectronics.
