基于伪穷举测试法的雷达板级电路故障诊断

The combinational logic circuits occupy a considerable proportion in board-grade circuits of the new type radar equipments. In order to recognize board-grade combinational logic circuit faults quickly, the pseudo-exhaustive test was adopted. On the basis of the introduction of exhaustive test, we provided a detailed description to the principle and the block division method of pseudo-exhaustive test, selected the test vectom of the hoard-grade combinational logic circuit of certain a type radar, structured the platform of fault diagnosis and test, and performed fault diagnosis with examples.
