数模混合集成电路设计课程研究
资料介绍
通过对电子科技大学本科数模混合集成电路设计开课以来课堂教学和实验教学的分析,提出了一套实验建设的方案。该方案着重体现与数字电路、模拟电路基础、微机原理与接口技术等课程的联系,着重培养学生工程设计能力。通过实验的建设,形成了比较完备的课程和实验体系。
By analyzing the teaching of mixed signal integrated circuit design in classroom and in laboratory of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China,an experimental program is program focuses on the relationship of digital circuits,analog circuits and also focuses on engineering capabilities of this program,a relatively complete system of courses and experimental is formed.
