资料介绍

超级电容器单体端电压不高,对于大功率储能系统,为了满足容量和电压的需要,通常将多个超级电容器串联使用。单体性能参数存在一定的分散性,导致串联超级电容器组的电容电压不平衡。根据超级电容器的成组方式以及充电特性,设计了一种低能耗方式的电压均衡系统。该系统由信号采集电路、下位机、均衡开关电路,以及上位工控机组成,能够实现串联超级电容器充电时的电压采集、开关电路控制,使得超级电容器单体在充电时保持电压的一致性,从而实现超级电容器组容量的最大化利用。

To meet the requirements of capacity and voltage in high-power energy storage system,the multiple supercapacitor are usually connected in series,for the reason of low voltage of super-capacitor monomer. Because of performance parameter dispersion,the voltages of each monomer in super-capacitor stack are unbalanced. In this paper,a voltage balance system without energy consumption was designed,based on the burst mode and the charging and discharging characteristics of super-capacitor.
