模拟集成电路频率特性测试方法研究

针对模拟电路测试系统复杂、实现内建自测试困难的问题,提出了一种利用脉冲技术测试模拟集成电路频率特性的方法。该方法以脉冲信号为激励源,通过测试响应信号的建立时间获取被测电路的截止频率。仿真实验结果表明,截止频率测量误差小于2%。搭建实际滤波电路实验表明,该方法测试结果与扫频法相同。该方法具有结构简单、易于实现数字化的优点,能够降低测试电路的资源占用率,适合模拟集成电路的内建自测试。

Because it is difficult to realize the built-in-self test(BIST) of analog circuit, a method of frequency characteristic testing for analog integrated circuit based on pulse testing techniques is presented. The cut-off frequency can be calculated through the rising time of the response signal based on stimulating the tested circuit by square impulse. The simulation results on Multisimll. 0 show the measurement errors of this method were less than 2%. Furthermore, the experiment results of the hardware circuit were consistent with the frequency- sweep method. This approach has the merits of simple measurement, easy to digital and reducing the occupancy of circuit resources, which makes it fit for BIST of analog integrated circuit.
