便携式硬卡纸压痕深度测量仪是一种新型研发的包装用硬卡纸压痕深度测量仪.详细介绍了其电路部分设计的主要内容.为了达到将测量的压痕深度变化转化为数字信号最后在LED液晶显示屏上输出的目的,测量仪在纸张压痕深度检测的过程中信号先后经历了电信号的放大与滤波,A/D转换以及数字显示输出.设计了电信号的放大电路、滤波电路以及A/D转换电路来进行信号的采集和处理.为了验证最后的结果是否符合设计的要求,还进行了Multisim电路仿真,结果分析显示电路的设计符合测试的要求.
