资料介绍

本设计由两个模块电路构成：输入电路模块和可控增益宽带放大器模块。在输入电路中应用OPA642组成前级放大电路,实现输入电阻为50的带宽的设计要求。在后级放大电路中,用宽带运算放大器AD603两级级联放大输入信号,输出放大一定倍数的电压,经过分压器电路达到可调增益的目的。

This design consists of two modular circuits： input circuit module and controllable gain broadband amplifier module. In input circuit,it applies OPA642 to make up preamplifier circuit achieve the design requirement of input resistance as 50 bandwidth. In the post-amplifier circuit,it uses a broadband operational amplifier AD603 two-cascade amplifying input signal to output voltage amplified certain multiple,which can achieve the goal adjustable gain through voltage divider circuit.
