This paper presents an improved method for the natural gamma circuit in the telemetry instrument,which achieves the counting of pulses by using MCU and the transmission of data by serial ports. The paper also introduces the working principle of gamma instrument. Based on Cadence,the improved natural gamma hardware circuit is designed and based on MPLAB IDE,C program is written,achieving the function of counting and data transmission.
