资料介绍

针对磁电式转速传感器信号特性及双电源调理电路带来的模拟地的零电位偏移以及电源模块冗余问题,在一般意义的转速信号调理电路基础上引入偏置电压及施密特触发电路,并借助Proteus硬件仿真软件快速设计开发了单电源转速信号调理电路。通过实际台架压力测试,发动机转速在有效区间内,经调理电路产生的转速信号没有任何形式的毛刺。表明该电路设计实用性高,且能较好地抑制噪声。

Focusing on signal characteristic of magnetic rotor speed sensor, zero potential shift of double power conditioning circuit and redundancy of power module, this paper introduces bias voltage and Schmidt trigger circuit on the basis of the general speed signal conditioning circuit, and with the aid of Proteus hardware simulation software, the paper presented a method of signal conditioning circuit designing using the single power. Finally, the pressure test on the actual bench showed that the signal generated by the conditioning circuit does not have any form of burr in the effective range of engine speed. It shows the design is practical and the noise can be restrained better.
