For a kind of equipment, its types of circuit board（including digital circuits, analog circuits, digital / analog circuits, etc.）are so many, the range of signal frequency band is wide, the range of features is wide, the requirements of test precision is high, and so automated test system integration technology, intelligent fault diagnosis and development technology are used, the multibus architecture that takes the equal emphasis of PXI bus, LXI bus and GPIB bus are used to design and study a certain type of equipment circuit board test system.
