In the detection of integrated circuit substrate, the application of visual detection technology is applied to construct the integrated circuit board. Through the selection of light source, camera, motor, etc, a fast and high precision image acquisition and control system is constructed, and the visual module of Lab VIEW NI software is used to design the model and algorithm of image feature recognition, extraction and detection of IC substrate defects.
