资料介绍

为了缩短铅酸蓄电池的充电时间,提高电能转换效率,本文在传统充电模式的基础上,依据蓄电池可接受的最佳充电状态和充放电的关系,设计制作了快速充电模式电路。该模式运用较为简单的反激拓扑,增加了提高PF的前置电路,采取了灵敏的控制电路芯片——STM8S103C6单片机。该智能脉冲快速充电电路通过软硬件相结合,增加了电路的可靠性。实验数据分析表明,该电路在不影响铅酸电池的物理化学性质的前提下,提高了充电电路的PF、效率,缩短了充电时间。

In order to shorten the charging time of battery and improve the efficiency of power conversion, this paper designs a new charging mode circuit based on the traditional charging mode and the relationship between charge and discharge of the battery.This charging mode performs the simple flyback topology and the circuit that improving PF, as well as its control unit based on STM8S103C6. Contributing to the combination of hardware and software, the reliability of circuit is increased. The experimental data showed that, the device based on the physical and chemical properties of the lead-acid battery enhances the circuit PF, efficiency and shortens the charging time.
