根据美科斯叉车集团公司开发新产品的要求,结合电动叉车低电压大电流的控制特点,以功率MOSFET为核心,设计了一种高开关频率下的自举推挽电路和门极快速放电回路。实验结果表明,控制系统波形质量好、推挽电路阻抗小、驱动能力强,减小了门极驱动损耗,增强了MOSFET抗干扰能力,具有良好的调速性能和较宽的调速范围。

This paper designed a push - pull driving circuit and a fast gate discharge circuit with a high switching due to the demand of MEIKESI Forklift Company to develop new products. The design took the low voltage and high current character- istics of electric forklift truck into consideration, and used MOSFET as the core component of the inverter. An experiment shows that the design achieved high quality control system waveform, low push -pull circuit resistance, and strong driving power. It also reduced gate driving loss and improved the MOSFET resistance to noise. This design can provide a good per- formance and wide range for speed adjustment.
