Dickson电荷泵在多级级联时,体效应会显著降低电荷泵的效率。提出了一种新型电荷泵电路,该电荷泵采用交叉耦合的NMOS开关管传输电荷,利用每一级的输出电压控制开关管的栅极,有效抑制了体效应的影响,提高了电压增益。Spectre结果显示,在3.3 V的工作电压下,四级新型电荷泵轻松实现了15 V的高输出电压。该电荷泵电路性能优异,具有很强的实用性。

When Dickson charge pump is in a multi- stage cascade, body effect can significantly reduce the efficiency of the charge pump. This paper presents a new charge pump circuit. The charge pump transmits charge with a cross- coupled NMOS switch and controls the gate of the switch using the output voltage of each stage, which effectively inhibits the body effect and increases the voltage gain. Spectre results showed that, under the operating voltage of 3. 3 V, the new four level charge pump easily achieve a high output voltage of 15 V. The charge pump circuit has excellent performance and a strong ptacticability.
