资料介绍

根据通过调制半导体激光器的驱动电流而使激光器的输出频率发生相应变化的直接调制原理,设计了半导体激光器调频电路,其中,FPGA数字电路设计允许输出锯齿波、三角波、正弦波等多种调制波形,同时实现调制频率、调制带宽以及偏置电流连续可调;应用于光纤传感系统中测试。分析结果表明,频率调制度为1.25 GHz/mA,频移量随调制电流幅值线性变化。调制电路系统采用数模结合的方式,实现了电路的集成化、小型化,提高了调频信号的线性度。
