无刷直流电机无位置传感器需要精确检测电机的转子位置,控制供电电压换相,从而保证电机的正常运行。位置检测电路由低通滤波器和相位补偿电路组成。从电机的转速适应性和稳定性两方面分析了位置检测电路的设计要求,确定元器件参数的取值范围。针对转速适应性,主要分析了位置检测电路的滤波能力和波形失真情况。对于稳定性问题,根据电路输出参数的灵敏度变化趋势,选择合适的元件参数范围,使得电路参数对输出的影响最小,从而保证了电机的稳定运行。
