阻抗源逆变器缓冲电路分析与设计

资料介绍

对于功率较大的绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)装置,线路寄生电感较大,IGBT关断时的电压变化率和过冲电压很容易损坏功率器件。抑制过冲电压,除了采用低感母排减小寄生电感外,还需要缓冲电路。通过分析阻抗源逆变器工作特性,针对线路杂散电感会造成直通和非直通转换时存在电压尖峰的问题,提出一种适用于阻抗源逆变器的缓冲电路,该电路有效抑制了IGBT关断时的电压变化率和过冲电压,大大减小了母线电压尖峰,提高了变换效率。仿真和实验波形证实了缓冲电路的可行性。

For medium/high power insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT) device, the line parasitic inductance is big, overshoot voltage at IGBT turn off is easy to damage power device.In addition to use the busbar with low-inductance to suppress overshoot voltage ,the snubber circuit is needed.Considering the existence of the stray inductance that can cause voltage spike between the transition of shoot-through state and non-shoot-through state,and according to impedance source inverter working principle, a kind of the snubber circuit suitable is put forward for impedance source inverter.The proposed circuit can suppress overshoot voltage at IGBT turn-off,greatly reduce the bus voltage spike, and improve efficiency of the conve...
