This paper is based on the overall project research on the photovoltaic charging system for electric vehicles were relatedto the hardware design, including the main circuit simulation design, power design, voltage and current detection circuit, over-cur-rent protection circuit, the circuit board design, completed the design, the whole system debugging successful trial feasible.
