资料介绍

本检测系统主要是根据汽车组合开关技术条件对雨刮开关规定的雨刮间隙时间、洗涤滞后时间及洗涤连动时间参数的定义，采用PIC16F84单片机为中央处理器对多个继电器的动作时序进行控制，采用光电耦合器电路来模拟被测电路板在实际工作环境的工作开关信号，把该模拟信号转换成矩形脉冲信号送入PIC16F84处理，对电路板的时间参数自动检测及结果判断，检测结果由PIC16F84通过串行通讯传送给MAX7219驱动器，再将数据显示在8位LED数码管上。本检测系统具有检测精度高、人机界面好、生产效率高的特点，该检测系统为同类产品初步提供了一些测试设计准则和经验。
