一种铅酸蓄电池容量修复电路设计

设计了一种利用高频脉冲对已经硫化(结晶)的铅酸蓄电池进行修复的电路。首先了解铅酸蓄电池的工作原理,充电、放电的过程以及蓄电池在使用中寿命逐渐降低的原因(硫化现象)。再具体分析铅酸蓄电池出现硫化现象的原因,从而设计出一种纯电子产品修复器,产生高频脉冲击打硫化结晶体,使其重新回归到电解液中,延长铅酸蓄电池的使用寿命。本电路分为6个部分,分别是控制电路供电、脉冲发生器、驱动器、脉冲变换升压电路、输出电路和脉冲放电电路。
In this paper,a circuit for repairing sulfurized(crystallized)lead-acid batteries by high frequency pulse is designed.Firstly,it is to understand the working principle of lead-acid batteries,the process of charging and discharging,and the reason of decreasing service life of batteries in use:vulcanization.Then,the reasons for the vulcanization of lead-acid batteries are analyzed concretely,and a pure electronic product repair device is designed,which produces high-frequency pulses to hit the vulcanized crystals and return them to the electrolyte to prolong the service life of lead-acid batteries.The circuit is divided into six parts respectively:control circuit power supply,pulse generator,driver,pulse conversion boost circuit,outp...
