In this paper,the main ideas are following parts: The design of current-mode biquadratic filters、the derivation and analysis of pass function Z-field's of the switched-current(SI) biquadratic filters and he simulation of the switched-current(SI) biquadratic filters.Fi nally,Smartspice is introduced and explained how to use Smartspice software to simulate analog IC in detail.Then use the Smartspice soft ware to simulate the experiment,satisfactory results are obtained.
