This paper introduces the control circuit and the corresponding control program design of derect-current motor Based on KL25Z128VFM Microcomputer and Field Effect Tubes composed. This circuit uses 32M0+MCU,CD4504 voltage converter chip,encoders, IRF4905 and IRF3205 MOSFET,through the PID algorithm to achieve a closed-loop control algorithm of DC motor,with lager operating current,high control accuracy,reliable And self-protection,etc.Features in the country Freescale Intelli-gent Car Competition has been applied to good effect.
