资料介绍

为了抑制系统上电时对直流侧支撑电容的冲击，变频器往往需要在其交流侧或直流侧设置由接触器及电阻组成的软充电单元。随着膜式自愈式电容的广泛应用，直流支撑电容耐峰值涌流能力得到了极大提高，为了进一步降低变频器成本，优化变频器结构，很多情况下希望能取消软充电单元。从充电过程暂态分析的角度推导了取消软充电单元所应具备的条件，并通过仿真给予了验证。

A soft charge modular is often used in inverters to restrain the charging current of the DC link capaci- tance, and which usually composes with switch and resistance. But as the popularization of self recovery capacitance, the endurance to peak current meliorates largely, so the pre-eharge component can be removed to reduce the cost of the inverter, and what＇ s more, improve the structure. The conditions by analyzing the transient performance of the circuit was proposed, which should be fulfilled before removing the pre-charge component, and simulation proves the validity.
