高精度光电信号采集处理系统的设计
资料介绍
为准确评价ASIC探测板处理光电信号的能力,设计了最高精度达到微伏级的信号采集处理平台。文章简要说明测试平台整体设计方案,侧重实现测试数据的采集、存储与处理、多元图像显示方面的设计,最终完成了10兆赫兹采样频率、最多级联十块ASIC探测板、测试数据精度达到微伏级的光电信号采集处理平台的设计。
To accurately evaluate the performance of ASIC detection circuit boards, we design the test platform of data acquisition for testing the ASIC detection board of Security Check.This paper briefly describes the design of test platform,and focuses to achieve test data colection,storage and processing,multi-image display aspects of the design.Ultimately,we complete the design of data acquisition and processing platform which has 10 megahertz sampling frequency,a maximum of ten ASIC cascade detection boards,microvolt-level data test accuracy.
