机载电源电压浪涌抑制电路的设计

设计了一种浪涌抑制电路,可应用于机载电源中,满足GJB181A-2003的浪涌指标要求。该电路采用齐纳二极管检测输入电压,输入电压与箝位电压的差值,经光耦驱动功率开关管,当浪涌电压到来时通过关断功率开关管来保护后级电路。与传统浪涌抑制电路相比此电路结构简单、体积小,且电路形式可兼容直流28V或交流115V/400Hz输入。实验结果表明该浪涌抑制电路性能良好,满足设计要求。

A Surge Inhibition circuit is presented, which can be used in Airborne Power Supply and meet the surge target of the GJB181A-2003. The circuit detects the input voltage by a Zener diode. The difference between the input voltage and the clamping voltage drives the Power MOSFET by means of a photocoupler. When the surge voltage comes the photocoupler would turn off the Power MOSFET to protect the post-stage circuit. Compared with the tradition surge inhibition circuit this circuit has a simple structure and a small volume. Even more, the circuit form could compatible 28VDC or 115V AC/400 Hz. The experimental result shows that this surge inhibition circuit is good performance and meets the design requirements.
