快速制作双面印制电路板的方法研究
资料介绍
针对电子工艺实习时利用传统热转印法制作双面PCB时对位不准的问题，设计了一种改进的热转印法双面PCB制作流程，方法是利用Protel软件将双面电路PCB底层图和镜像的顶层PCB图整合到一个PCB文件中并打印到一张热转印纸上，通过对PCB图的快速定位将电路图转印到双面覆铜板上。经过腐蚀后得到定位准确的双面电路板。该方法具有方便、快捷、容易实现的特点，在制作简单的双面测试板时具有实用的参考价值。
The paper describes and compares two currently rapid manufacturing methods of printed circuit board(PCB) in the university laboratory, giving an improved thermal transfer method to make double-sided PCB and solving the problem of the alignment inaccuracy of the traditional thermal transfer methods in making double-sided PCB.
