全自动IC编拆一体机的研究
资料介绍
针对表面贴片式集成电路的快速包装,设计了全自动的IC编拆一体机。用OMRONPLC控制系统逻辑,威伦通触摸屏设计显示界面,实现编带、自动换料、拆带三大功能。生产实践表明,设备UPH(每小时完成颗数)达到15k/h,大大提高了生产效率。
Aiming at the fast encapsulation of surface mount integrated circuit,a fUlly automatic IC braiding and dismantling machine is designed.By using OMRON PLC to control system logic and Waylen through touch to design interface,the machine realizes braiding,automatic refueling and dismantling functions.The production practice shows that the equipment UPH reaches15k/h,which improves the production efficiency.
