资料介绍

针对传统电路板测试系统的单一性和专用性问题，为满足不同电路板的自动测试需求，设计了一种基于虚拟仪器的电路板通用自动测试平台。该平台采用虚拟仪器测试技术、扫码技术、网络技术实现了不同类型电路板的自动测试，测试结果与电路板序列号绑定并自动保存到服务器数据库中，并可通过Web浏览方式查询电路板测试结果。测试结果表明，该平台可实现不同类型电路板的自动测试，在保证测试结果准确性的前提下，提高了电路板的测试精度和测试效率。
