应用电容模型,分析了传统E型磁芯在全桥合成磁芯变换器使用中出现的严重的磁路不平衡问题。根据合成E型磁芯中3个臂所发挥的不同功能,将复杂的全桥合成磁芯设计分为变压器和电感设计,并推导出相关公式;然后提出了一种新型的E型磁芯设计作为实际解决方案。最后通过一种3kWDC/DC实验电路证明该设计在超过30%额定输出时,能大幅提高整机效率。

Using the capacitive modeling method, the integrated magnetic full-bridge converter is arding the different functions of three-legged E type core, the complex full-bridge integrated magnetic component design process is divided into transformer design and inductor e formulas for these designs are problems in commercial“E” type cores that used in integrated magnetic full-bridge converter are found clearly through these formulas.A practical solution to the problems is principle of operation,features,and design considerations of the new converter are described and verified on a 3 kW DC/DC experimental circuit.h is verified when the output of the design is over 30%, the efficiency is greatly improved.
