Absrtact:machine vision is more and more widely used in the field of image recognition.This paper mainly discusses the application of machine vision in circuit board defect detection,mainly through obtaining image,creating template,matching and clearing template four steps.The template matching based on component is used to detect the defect of the board to be tested,and finally to judge the defect position of the circuit board.
