CAWS600B型自动气象站在运行过程中电源系统故障率较高,无直流电压显示与报警功能,当DY-01供电控制器出现故障由蓄电池供电时,直至蓄电池电能耗尽,电压下降到9V以下时采集器才会停止运行,很容易造成缺测事故;不同品牌、型号的蓄电池,使用寿命差异很大,仅凭充电指示灯测报人员很难判断何时该更换。针对以上问题,模拟自动站正常运行及DY-01供电控制器出故障时蓄电池充放电过程,取得各阶段电压与剩余能量数据,设计制作了一款蓄电池欠压、过压及低容量报警装置。

During operation of CAWS600B Automatic Weather Station,its power system has high failure rate; since there is no DC voltage display and alarm function,when batteries are used for power supply at the time DY-01 power supply controller fails,the collector will not stop running until battery power is exhausted and voltage drops below 9V,and this will easily lead to incidents of missing data;differences in the service life of batteries of different brands and types are significant,therefore,it is really hard to judge whether batteries shall be replaced and when to replace for forecasters just with a charge indicator.
