资料介绍

由于冷态电解电容储存电荷为零,不采取措施的情况下上电,将引起整流电路较高幅值的浪涌电流,轻者引起上电失败,重者危害电路安全。该文提出一种直流回路电压可控的上电电路,对于三相整流电路可以实现直流回路电压任意波形上电,对于单相整流电路可以实现高功率因数上电。给出了电路拓扑,对其工作原理进行了理论分析和仿真验证,所得结果表明,所提出的上电电路具有可行性。
