资料介绍

高精度采集电路是构成高精度红外热像仪的重要组成部分。在简单介绍红外热成像系统基本原理的基础上,给出了用法国ULIS公司的384×288元非致冷红外焦平面阵列探测器设计的红外成像系统的硬件构成。该系统采用CPLD复杂可编程逻辑器件作为采集与驱动时序电路的核心控制芯片,以VSP2566作为采集芯片,把探测器输出的模拟信号转换为16位数字信号,然后将其送至数字信号处理器（DSP）作进一步处理和显示。与直接采用探测器的12位数字输出相比,该设计具有较高的测温精度和成像质量。
