印制电路板孔边起泡异常案例研究
资料介绍
某PCB板模拟回流焊接后导通孔附近出现起泡现象。通过剥离强度测试、金相切片分析、电镜及能谱分析,最终确定是由钻孔不良引起的机械应力、回流焊高温所产生的热应力所引起被轻微污染或氧化的铜箔与树脂明显分离,产成起泡。
Blister was detected on the edge of via holes on PCB after simulating relfow process. After Peel Strength test, SEM&EDS analysis and cross section analysis, the reason for blister is attributed to the separation of resin and slight contaminative or oxidated copper foil driven signiifcantly by the thermal stress by relfow process and mechanical stress by non-normal drilling.
