介绍了Avago Technology公司开发的一款高线性度模拟光电耦合器HCNR201,并分析了其基本工作原理及其典型应用电路。通过分析典型应用电路中输入、输出及温度三者的关系,设计了一温度补偿电路。对比了几种不同温度下加入补偿电路与不加补偿电路的输入输出关系,将输出温漂从约为50ppm/℃降低到小于4ppm/℃,很好地验证了分析的准确性和补偿电路的有效性。

A high linearity analog optocoupler HCNR201 developed by Avago Technology is introduced in this paper. And it analyses the basic working principle and its typical application circuit. By analyzing the typical application circuit of input,output,and the relations between temperature,a temperature compensation circuit is designed. Compared several input-output relationships with compensation circuit or without compensation in different temperature,it reduced drift from approximately 50 ppm / ℃ to less than 4ppm / ℃. The drift analysis accuracy and validity of the drift compensation circuit analysis have been well validated.
