基于FPGA的星载铷钟数字伺服电路设计

The principle of the servo circuit in rubidium atomic frequency standard（RAFS） was introduced. A method which replaces the field effect transistor with digital components was proposed to realize phase sensitivity detection.A digital servo circuit based on field programmable gate array（FPGA） was designed in order to lock the closed-loop of RAFS. The analysis and experiment results show that the RAFS with digital servo circuit can get the same short frequency stability as the one with analog servo circuit.
