星载DC-DC电源MOS管驱动电路的设计

Based on the structure of MOSFET,the process of driving MOSFET is analyzed in this ording to the applying and character of MOSFET in on-satellite DC-DC power,the feature of several different circuits is contrasted. Especially focus on the study the theory of the isolated MOSFET drive circuit,the influence and designation of the key pa-rameter are discussed,the rationality of the way to design isolated MOSFET drive circuit are proved by simulation in the end.
