针对高频感应加热电源谐振回路固有频率会随温度变化而改变,从而导致电源可靠性和加热效率降低的问题,利用锁相技术,设计了一种基于高速CMOS逻辑锁相环CD74HC7046A的高频感应加热电源频率跟踪电路,实现了对频率的自动跟踪。该电路通过仿真实验,验证了所设计的频率跟踪电路可靠性高,具有实际应用价值。

There is a problem that the power' s reliability and low efficiency of heating will reduce because the fixed frequency of high frequency sensor heating power changes with the temperature change. By the phase-locked technology, proposes a heating power frequency tracking circuit of high frequency based on high speed CMOS logic induction of phase-locked loop CD74HC7046A, which realizes the auto-tracking of frequency. This circuit has been passed the simulation test and proves that the reliability is high of the frequency tracking circuit and has the promotion value.
