针对传统的两电平APFC电路控制复杂以及开关管电压应力高、电磁干扰大等问题,探讨了一种基于单周控制的单相三电平APFC电路.在详细介绍单相三电平APFC基本原理的基础上,建立了采用开关函数描述的主电路状态空间方程.将精密全波整流电路应用于电流采样,解决了电流过零交越失真问题.采用单周控制芯片ICE1PCS01搭建了1台2 kW实验样机.实验结果表明,该样机具有简单可靠,功率因数高,电流过零不存在交越失真的优点.

In view of the complexity of control algorithm and high switch voltage stress, large electromagnetic interference in traditional two-level APFC circuit, a novel single-phase three-level boost power factor converter with one cycle control algorithm was discussed. In detail on the basis of the basic principle of single-phase three-level APFC, with the introduction of a new switch function, the state space equation of main circuit was established. By using precision rectifier circuit in the current sampling circuit, crossover distortion was reduced.
